George was great with my elderly family member as we explored, learned a lot, and worked through the process of setting up a trust. George was patient, welcomed questions, and explained everything in a way we could both understand. We were well informed by the time we started setting everything up, and his office is now there for us as we are getting it all in the right place. Both of us have been impressed with the knowledge of everyone in the office and their desire to look out for us so we can rest assured we have done all we can to protect assets.

Had been considering looking into a Living Trust but wasn't sure where to go. We received an invitation to a seminar put on by attorney George Lovett of Lovett and House Co., LPA. The seminar was very informative. At the end, we were given the opportunity to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Lovett at their Sidney location. There was no pressure to do so. We scheduled our appointment and met with Mr. Lovett, who went over the Living Trust information in detail and explained the process. We were given the opportunity to ask the questions that we had, and Mr. Lovett answered each one. We never felt hurried or pressured in any way. He took our information and explained that we would receive a draft of the Living will that we could go over before our next meeting. We were told that if we had any questions, to feel free to contact them. We had one issue that we were not sure of, so we contacted their office, and the change was made to our satisfaction. At our next meeting, everything in the trust was explained so we could best understand, including the process for transferring assets into the trust. We found Mr. Lovett and his staff very helpful and easy to work with. We were given a binder with all the information organized and easily accessed. Quite confident that we made the right decision to do a Living Trust and to use Lovett and House as the legal professionals for our estate planning.

5 Stars! Very pleased with our experience with Lovett and Lovett from the time we watched and listened online to the very informative video by Mr. Lovett. It was most convenient for my husband and me to have Mr. House, a partner in the firm, meet with us at their Springfield office. Mr. House met with us a few times to help us do our trust. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns in a way we could understand. He was most pleasant and patient as I must have asked a lot of questions. A special shout out as well to Emily, an assistant, who came with him at our last session to put together the famous “red notebook” that is a well-organized notebook one receives of their trust. She also was pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt at ease with everyone involved and we will certainly recommend this law firm to our friends and family.
